1 You Find 2 picture's you want.
2 Open a new project.-I use 500x200 for the width. File-- New
3 Place them where you'd like them.
4 Use the Eraser Tool to erase the edges like this(Here)
5 Merge Layers - Layers--Merge--Merge All Flatten
6 Next Duplicate layers- Layers--Duplicate
7 Set To Screen(100%)
8 Merge All Again(Same as#5)
9 Duplicate Again(same as #6)
10 Adjust--Blur--Radial Blur(Settings Here)
11 Use Eraser tool to erase from the middle tell you can see both faces. Like This. Here
12 Then add brushes and text and then all that's left to do is Save.
And Here is the end product.
